Dr. Eric McLean completed his bachelor of science from the University of Iowa and received his doctorate in dental medicine from Tufts University. He prides himself in providing care in a relaxed environment and making long lasting relationships with all of his patients. He is a Chicago native and enjoys going to all the local sporting events and boating on the lake.

Alicia joined Floss Dental Studios in November 2025, bringing both clinical excellence and a heartfelt passion for patient comfort. A proud graduate of Malcolm X College, she entered the dental field with a clear mission: to change the perception that dentistry is scary or painful.
Alicia is deeply committed to helping patients feel at ease from the moment they sit in her chair. Through trust, compassion, and gentle preventative care, she focuses on reducing dental anxiety and creating a positive, reassuring experience for every patient — from young children to adults.
What Alicia loves most about being a hygienist is collaborating with a team that shares her dedication to excellence and comfort. She builds meaningful, lasting relationships with patients by providing thorough preventative care, educating them on their oral health, and supporting treatment decisions with clarity and confidence. Her goal is to create an elevated experience that encourages lifelong dental wellness.
Outside the office, Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their 19-month-old daughter, and their two adorable rabbits, Jackie and Oso. Family is at the heart of everything she does — and that warmth naturally extends to the patients she cares for each day.
